Encourage active citizenship! This Citizenship activity for Grade 3 of myWorld Interactive provides students with a biographical resource, while modeling civic engagement and civic virtues. In this quest, they learn how to be an ideal citizen.


Quest 5, Being an Ideal Citizen. Students will explore and understand five traits of citizenship: honesty, compassion, respect, responsibility, and courage. Students will then prepare and present a public service announcement to explain the traits of an ideal citizen. After completing these activities, students will be able to discuss the compelling question at the end of this inquiry.
